Congratulations to Hayley Koenig for a great showing at the CIF State Girls Wrestling Championships. Hayley competed at the 130 pound weight class. She opened the tournament with a 9-4 win over an opponent from San Pedro HS. She then lost 3-0 to the #2 wrestler from Torrey Pines, who went on to finish as the CIF State Runner-up. In the Consolation Round, Hayley lost a tough 3-0 decision to a wrestler from Franklin HS.
